Writing is what drives me. To be able to create words that make people laugh, think, cry, click, resolve and problem solve is what I do.
After almost two decades as a first responder in the emergency services, I have come to understand people and how to persuade them to action. Through this experience I have also written countless government standard documents, court documents and training packages.
I have led teams of people in high pressure situations and been able to make sure the job gets done to deadline with a predefined outcome. How do I do this? Through exceptional communication and problem solving. And writing.
The need to write has always been part of me and I realised it’s where the next chapter of my life lies. After successfully independently publishing my ongoing thriller fiction series, editing work for others and copywriting for web pages, emails, brochures and blogs to name a few, I have found my happy place.
The ability to give a voice to people, companies and organisations is a privilege. And, in order to give the best possible service to my clients, I have upskilled in areas of SEO, WordPress, feature writing, report writing and am currently completing a bachelor degree (double major) in creative writing and professional writing & publishing.
My individual experiences and love of pushing boundaries when I write allows me to be flexible and open to all ideas thrown my way. Your brief will be treated with the utmost respect and detail. I ask all the necessary questions to make sure your vision is shared.
