This website is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Information Privacy Principles.

It is Northern Beaches Creatvies’ policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you or which you may provide to us, in the circumstances set out below.

Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, safeguard and otherwise make use of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”).

We will only collect and use your Personal Data where:

With content that can be purchased, such as with apps, children’s books, cookbooks and Grab It Magazine, the transaction occurs offsite (typically on the App Store or on Amazon) and is therefore subject to the security measures, terms of use and privacy policies of those sites.
