I am a visual storyteller, my work is inspired by the natural environment and how we live in a symbiotic relationship.
It also speak of belonging, being and awareness with a deep sense of connection sometimes of a whimsical nature.
I am influenced by personal experiences, the environment and cultures around the world.
The process for my illustration uses a wide range of media techniques from watercolours to charcoal, digital to acrylic, my artistic journey has been one of exploration and discovery.
I love experimenting and allows the medium and subject to guide me.
The whimsical side of life and the odd characters we are likely to encounter in our everyday lives is what captures my imagination. Using escapism as a tool, my work brings joy and seeks to ignite peoples’ dreams.
My mission is to restore the balance of happiness in the world. When the daily struggle and stress of life takes over our potential for joy and strips us of our ability to dream my work serves to bring these elements back to the people, to remind them of the childlike wonderment that exists inside all of us.
